At CertPassExams we are committed to helping students and professionals prepare effectively for certification exams. Our exam dumps and study materials are created by industry professionals with care and accuracy. Because our products are digital and vendors may update exams at any time, the following refund and guarantee rules apply.

1. No Guaranteed Passing

We do not provide a 100% pass guarantee for any certification exam. Exam results depend on your study, preparation and performance.

2. When a Refund / Replacement May Be Considered

If you fail an exam after preparing with our dumps, you may be eligible for a refund or a replacement product of equal value only after we verify your claim as described below.

Refund or replacement options (subject to verification):

  • Return of payment, OR
  • Credit to your account/bank/wallet, OR
  • Replacement product of equivalent value.

3. Exclusions — No Refund / Guarantee

The following are not covered by our guarantee and are non-refundable:

  • Wrong purchases where the product was downloaded/installed.
  • Products purchased at a deeply discounted price or received free.
  • Unlimited access packages (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, 12 months).
  • Expired orders (orders older than 30 days from purchase).
  • Retired/discontinued exams (exams no longer offered by the vendor).
  • Certain vendors/exams for which we provide only practice questions (not guaranteed actual exam questions). Examples include, but are not limited to: Oracle, CISA, PMI, Adobe, Palo Alto Networks, CompTIA, PRINCE2, Avaya, HP, Riverbed, PMP, IBM, Cisco, Veeam, HIMSS, Salesforce, CCIE, BICSI, AHIP, CISSP, SSCP.
  • Training courses and other non-dump products.

4. Claim Requirements & Procedure

To file a refund/replacement claim, follow these rules:

  1. Timing of purchase: The dump must have been purchased at least 7 days before your exam date (to allow sufficient preparation time).
  2. File quickly: Claim must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the official failure result.
  3. Proof of failure: Provide a scanned copy (or clear photo) of the official exam transcript/result showing failure.
  4. Email your claim: Send your claim and proof to sales@certpassexams.com with your order number, exam name/code, exam date, and a short explanation.
  5. Verification: We will verify the transcript and purchase details. CertPassExams.com reserves the right to approve or deny claims based on verification.

Note: Dump files are considered non-refundable once accessed. You must wait 2 days after purchase for any initial processing; however, downloaded/accessed files remain non-refundable under normal circumstances.

5. Processing Fees & Deductions

If a monetary refund is approved, the refundable amount may be reduced by applicable fees:

  • Payment gateway fee: 2% of the paid amount (if applicable)
  • Processing fee: 5% of the paid amount

The net amount after deductions will be refunded according to the chosen refund method.

6. Fraud & Misuse

Any fraudulent claims, chargebacks, falsified documents, or misuse of the refund policy will result in denial of the claim, cancellation of access, and may lead to legal action.

7. How We Handle Irresolvable Technical Issues

If you cannot access purchased files due to a technical issue, contact support at sales@certpassexams.com. If we cannot resolve the technical problem, we will provide a replacement product of equal value where possible.

8. Final Notes

  • CertPassExams.com reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the website.
  • All refunds and replacements are subject to our verification and approval.
